Fantasy Football Rankings - Week 10

The Process

The process in developing these Fantasy Football Rankings is to only take data from the previous six weeks. Anything older than that holds little relevance unless there is a player returning from injury or some reason to discount the newer information.  Let's also keep in mind that the NFL is a weekly league, things change very quickly. Most analysts want to tell you that whatever happened last week explains everything, but that's far from reality.

Fantasy Football Weekly Rankings

When examining these fantasy football rankings - Week 10, take into consideration that we are looking at positional ranks, not flex or overall rankings. When it comes to who you start in the flex a lot will depend on your specific league rules and roster construction. If players are ranked within 3 spots of each other the difference between them is negligible, they are expected to score the same amount of points, in those cases go with your gut, flip a coin, or join our FREE Discord Channel.

Quarterback

CJ Stroud is now averaging 14.4 standard fantasy points per game this year, and he hasn't had a top-12QB performance in five weeks.

Kirk Cousins has thrown three or more touchdowns in three of his last five games.

Running Back

Rico Dowdle hit a 72 percent snap share without Ezekiel Elliott in the lineup in Week 9, his previous season high was 51 percent. His 80 percent running back rush share was also a season high.

David Montgomery failed to score a touchdown on Sunday for just the second time this season. He has scored 8.0 and 12.6 PPR points in his games without a touchdown, his two lowest outputs of his season.

Bijan Robinson’s running back rush shares by week:

Week 3: 70%

Week 4: 47%

Week 5: 67%

Week 6: 46%

Week 7: 68%

Week 8:  52%

Week 9: 76%

Does anyone else see a pattern here?

Wide Receiver

Without Stefon Diggs and Nico Collins, Tank Dell finished with a season high 32 percent target share in Week 9. Per PFF, he ran 39 routes to Xavier Hutchinson's 32, John Metchie's 31, and Robert Woods' 23.

Davante Adams' target shares with the Jets: 23.1%, 24.0%, 34.4%

Garrett Wilson's during this same timeframe: 23.1%, 32.0%, 31.3%

Despite Brandin Cooks being out, Jalen Tolbert has seen higher than a 13 percent target share just once since Week 2.

Tight End

Kyle Pitts saw a season low, 1 target in Week 9.

Taysom Hill had a 17.9 percent target share in Week 9 against Carolina, and he ran a route on 47 percent of New Orleans' drop backs, both season highs.
